Job Summary:
The Senior Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving brand growth, customer engagement, and sales performance across multiple marketing channels. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic brand initiatives, managing data-driven campaigns, and optimizing customer experiences to deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is a creative, analytical, and resultsoriented marketer with strong experience in fashion retail or consumer brands, both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Brand Leadership
• Develop and refine brand identities, target audiences, and value propositions.
• Position each brand distinctly in the market based on consumer and competitive insights.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt brand strategy to remain relevant and competitive.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth
• Execute high-impact campaigns to drive online and offline sales growth.
• Optimize key metrics such as average order value, conversion rate, and repeat purchase rate.
• Manage marketing spend efficiently to ensure maximum ROI.
3. Customer Engagement and Experience
• Create personalized marketing strategies based on customer insights.
• Drive brand loyalty through community-building initiatives and reward programs.
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all customer touchpoints.
4. Data-Driven Decision Making
• Track campaign and brand performance using analytics tools.
• Set and report on KPIs including sales, conversions, and ROAS.

7. Budget Management
• Plan and oversee offline marketing budgets.
• Monitor expenditures to ensure optimal use of resources and achievement of targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in fashion retail or consumer goods.
• Proven track record in digital and offline campaign execution.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience with customer retention strategies.
