KHATAM aims to make the best quality production for our customers.
We ensure that every purchased item from KHATAM comes with a Lifetime Warranty Repair Services.
KHATAM Warranty is only available in Malaysia.
1. Button replacements.
2. Loose stitching.
We do not cover:
1. Colour fading products.
2. Wear and tear.
5. Damages due to misuse or negligence.
6. Alterations and customisations.
7. Purchases made by other unauthorised resellers.
Who handles shipping costs?
The costs relating to return postages are the responsibility of our customers.

How long will it take to get my product back?
Our goal is to have your product back to you as soon as possible. Our usual turn-around time is 7 working days from the time we receive your product.
Please keep in mind that Ramadan and Eid are our busiest season for warranty and repair service.
We assure to keep you updated with more detailed estimation on time along the process.
