2. Reservation
Eligible Loyalists are required to contact the participating hotel directly to make their dining reservation. Advance booking is strongly encouraged and subject to availability.
3. Verification Upon Arrival
Upon arrival at the hotel or restaurant, during registration with the hostess, Loyalists must present the LIVE website page of their KHATAM® Loyalist account clearly showing their active membership tier on the dining date.
- Screenshots or saved images will not be accepted, and the hotel reserves
the right to decline the eligible rate if a live page cannot be verified. - The registered account holder must be present at the time of dining.
- This privilege is strictly non-transferable.
4. Eligibility Confirmation
The hotel/restaurant staff will verify the membership status before applying the eligible rate.
- If eligibility is confirmed, the eligible rate will be extended.
- If the membership is inactive, expired, or does not meet the required tier,
the hotel reserves the right to decline the eligible rate and the full dining price will apply.
5. Enjoy Your Experience
Once verified, Loyalists may enjoy their Ramadan dining experience with the exclusive KHATAM® Loyalist eligible rate.
1. Valid exclusively for verified KHATAM Loyalists (Bronze, Silver, Gold only).
2. Guests must also be registered members of Marriott Bonvoy®(complimentary membership).
3. Valid during each hotel's specified Ramadan promotional period.
4. Advance reservations required and subject to availability.
5. Discounts, blackout dates, and participating outlets vary by hotel.

7. Non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
