Shipping Policy

At KHATAM, our team will always put their best to carefully pack your order our soonest!  

When your order is placed, allow your purchase to be processed within 3-5 working days. You will then receive a tracking number that should be effective for your reference within in another 48-72 hours once your parcel is picked up by the respective courier.

Purchases made on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next coming Monday.

 

LOCAL SHIPPING

Peninsular Malaysia: 3-5 business days once shipped out from our warehouse

Sabah/Sarawak: 5-7 business days once shipped out from our warehouse

The above estimated days include the time to process your order from our internal team and delivery postage from the courier.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Singapore: 7-10 business days once shipped out from our warehouse

Worldwide: 10-14 business days once shipped out from our warehouse

The above estimated days include the time to process your order from our internal team and delivery postage from the courier.

All international orders are subject to their shipping, customs and duty fees which must be paid by the recipient. We advise you to contact your local custom office for up-to-date charges before confirming your order with us.

Any parcel damages during the delivery process by the courier will not be our responsibility.

Open:
Monday-Friday, 9am - 5.00pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday : 11am - 5.00pm
Break Time, 1pm – 2pm

Lalamove Delivery:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Place your order before 5:00 PM for same-day delivery.
  • Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be process on the next business day.
  • Delivery Timing: Delivery time is subject to rider availability.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.
  • Delivery Updates: An email notification will be sent when your order is out for delivery. Please monitor your email for updates.
  • Receiving Your Order: Kindly ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel, or that a parcel drop-off arrangement (e.g., parcel basket) is in place for smooth delivery.
  • Please note that any extra charges by Lalamove will be covered by the customer.

 

HOW DO I CHECK MY DELIVERY STATUS?

Our customer will receive a tracking number that should be effective for reference within 48 hours.

Kindly allow your tracking number to be effective for parcel movements within 48-72 hours. For pick-up customers, please allow 24 - 48 hours for your order to be processed after payment has been successfully completed.

Kindly note that shipping processes may take longer than usual during our peak seasons.
