I bought two Baju Melayu from Khatam, one for myself & one for my son. Unfortunately, my son’s shirt was too big. I requested an exchange & the whole process was smooth. No hassle at all.

After my first wash, my shirt had some discoloration. I contacted customer service within 24 hours, and they responded fast. They arranged a replacement & I received it by post very quickly. The service was really impressive.

Honestly, I didn't purchase only for the shirt, I purchased for the excellent service from Khatam. That level of customer care makes a big difference. I truly appreciate how they handled everything professionally & efficiently.
