EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

At KHATAM®, we want your shopping experience to be seamless. Please read the 
following guidelines for exchanging items or requesting refunds.


Exchange Policy


1. Exchange Channels
• Online Purchases:
o Online orders must be returned to KHATAM® HQ for exchange.
o Exchanges for online purchases cannot be processed at KHATAM® 
boutiques.
• In-Store Purchases:
o Items purchased in-store may be exchanged at any KHATAM® boutique or 
KHATAM® Experience outlet.

  1. Exchange Eligibility
    • Exchanges are allowed within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
    • Only normal-priced items are eligible.
    • Customers must provide the original receipt and ensure all tags and accessories 
    are intact.
  2. . Exchange Conditions
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
    • Exchanges are limited to:
    o Size changes
    o Manufacturing defects confirmed by KHATAM®
    • Exchanges are generally for the same item only.
    • If the same item is unavailable:
    o Customers may select an alternative item and pay the price difference if it 
    is higher priced.
    o No cash refund will be provided if the replacement item is lower price
  3. . Exchange Limitations
    • Only one exchange per receipt is allowed.
    • Exchanges are not applicable for:
    o Stock clearance or markdown items
    o Altered items
    o Items returned after seven (7) days from purchase
    • Exchanges are only valid for purchases made in Malaysia.
    • KHATAM® reserves the right to refuse any exchange if conditions are not met or if the request is deemed unreasonable.

 

 

Refund Policy
• Refunds are only permitted for items that are incorrectly supplied or have 
confirmed manufacturing defects attributable to KHATAM®.
• An exchange for the same item will be offered first, subject to stock availability.
• If the item is out of stock, a Store Credit will be issued in accordance with 
KHATAM®’s Terms & Conditions.
• No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
• KHATAM® reserves the right to decline any refund request that does not comply 
with these Terms & Conditions.
• Customers are responsible for returning items securely; KHATAM® is not liable 
for items lost or damaged during transit.
• All items returned for refund or exchange are subject to inspection by KHATAM®, 
and requests may be refused if the item does not meet eligibility or condition 
requirements.
