EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Exchange is allowed at any KHATAM boutique.
2. Exchange is subject to item availability.
3. Exchange within 7 days from date of purchase or parcel is received (online orders).
4. Items should be in original condition – unworn, unwashed with original tags still attached.
5. Strictly no cash refund where refunds are ONLY issued as Store Credit, no exchange for discounted and altered items.
6. One time exchange per receipt only.
7. Applicable for purchase made in Malaysia only.
8. If the item is out of stock, you can pick a different item. If the new item is of a higher price, you will pay for the price difference. If the item is of a lower price, there is no cash refund provided.
9. KHATAM reserves the right to refuse your request if any of the above requirements are not met.
