CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- First wash should be done separately.
- Hand wash or gentle machine wash cold.
- Wash with similar colors.
- Do not soak, wring, or bleach. Avoid strong chemicals.
- Do not use fabric softener.
- Use mild detergent only. Do not apply detergent directly to fabric.
- Do not tumble dry. Line dry in shade.
- Iron inside out on low to medium heat.
- Avoid rough surfaces.
- Avoid wearing with sharp or rough accessories.

KHATAM aims to make the best quality production for our customers. We ensure that every purchased item from KHATAM comes with a Lifetime Warranty Repair Services. KHATAM Warranty is only available in Malavsia.
Our goal is to have your product back to you as soon as possible. Our usual turn-around time is 7 working days from the time we receive your product.
Please keep in mind that Ramadan and Eid are our busiest season for warranty and repair service. Therefore, we will take 5 - 10 working days from the period we receive your product. We assure to keep you updated with more detailed estimation on time along the process.

Exchange and Returns
At KHATAM®, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and seamless. If you need
to exchange an item or request a refund, here’s a quick guide:
Can I exchange my item?
• Exchanges are available for normal-priced items purchased in Malaysia.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and
accessories intact.
• You’ll need your original receipt.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Clearance, markdown, or altered items are not eligible.
How do I exchange my item?
• Online orders: Send items back to KHATAM® HQ; exchanges cannot be
processed at boutiques.
• In-store purchases: Bring your item to any KHATAM® boutique or KHATAM®
Experience outlet.
• Exchanges are limited to:
o Size changes
o Manufacturing defects confirmed by KHATAM®
• If the same item isn’t available, you may select another item and pay the price
difference if it’s higher. No cash refund will be provided if it’s lower priced.
How does a refund work?
• Refunds are only for items that are incorrectly supplied or have confirmed
manufacturing defects.
• We’ll first offer an exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability).
• If the item is out of stock, Store Credit will be issued.
• Cash refunds are not available.
A few important notes:
• All shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• If the defect is confirmed to be caused by KHATAM® or the manufacturer,
KHATAM® will reimburse the shipping cost after the exchange or refund process
has been completed.
• Please return items securely; KHATAM® is not responsible for items lost or
damaged in transit.
• KHATAM® will carefully review all exchange and refund requests before approval.
• We strictly do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD). Any COD shipment will be
declined upon delivery.
• Customers must first email cs@khatam.com.my to make arrangements for any
exchange or refund request before returning items.
