The event was wonderful! Everything is beyond my expectation, the food is nice and definitely a feast. Environment, crowd and entertainment was spot on. I felt appreciated as a loyalist.

Room for improvement: Indicate the timeframe or limitation clearly with signage for a certain activities (face painting/hair hair breading for kids) as it will be easy for parents to navigate kids expectation. The limitation for food can be improve as only 1 coupon is given to a family of 3pax. Some food does have a small portion (such as kuih). Please include heavier meal option too in the next event since the it is from evening till midnight.

Nonetheless, the team does deserve a big round of applause as they are very attentative, very helpful and they do really know how to do service recovery. Thank you for this wonderful event and kuddos khatam!

OSOM 2025 by Khatam memang terbaik! Suasana intimate dengan crowd terpilih buat event rasa lebih selesa & eksklusif. Makanan pun sangat okay 👌 Cuma harap tahun depan tambah kerusi supaya semua boleh duduk selesa, dan crowd janganlah cop-cop kerusi. Goody box pula sebenarnya disertakan dengan kupon makanan, jadi agak rugi bagi yang datang lewat sebab kupon dah habis. Apa pun, keseluruhannya memang awesome dan tak sabar tunggu OSOM 2026! 🙌

The product is good, but the terms and conditions of this promotion are unfair to customers. Fashion wear sizing is subjective, and size changes are sometimes unavoidable as you can only determine the right fit after trying it on. Running such a promotion for physical store is acceptable cause customer can try it first but for online store without flexibility for size changes is unreasonable and should be reconsidered.
