
How Tickets Work
This year, we’re introducing a refundable ticket system — not to stress you out, but to make sure everyone who registers really gets to be part of the fun.
Why Do I Have to Pay?
We want to make sure resources don’t go to waste — from food to goodie bags to activities prepared specially for you. By confirming with a refundable ticket, you’re helping us plan better, avoid wastage, and ensure everyone who registers can truly enjoy the OSOM! experience. Think of it as your way of saying “Ya, I’ll be there!”
Here’s how it works:
✅ When you register, you’ll make a payment for your ticket.
✅ On event day, once you’ve checked in, you’ll get your full amount refunded right away at the registration counter.
❎ If you can’t make it, then no refund lah (because we’ll be keeping your spot reserved).
Ticket Types
- Hanya Aku – For 1 person
- Aku dan Dia – For 2 people
- Keluarga Kecil – For 4 people (2 parents + 2 kids)
- Keluarga Besar – For 4 people (2 parents + 4 kids)
This way, we can welcome everyone more smoothly, and you’ll be all set to enjoy every moment of the OSOM 2025 experience — with good vibes, great company, and memories you’ll carry home.
Reminder!
OSOM! 2025 is just for our Gold Loyalists. If you’re not a Gold Loyalist, your ticket purchase will be refunded (no worries, nothing will be lost).
