to exchange an item or request a refund, here’s a quick guide:

Can I exchange my item?

• Exchanges are available for normal-priced items purchased in Malaysia.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and 
accessories intact.
• You’ll need your original receipt.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• Clearance, markdown, or altered items are not eligible.

How do I exchange my item?
• Online orders: Send items back to KHATAM® HQ; exchanges cannot be 
processed at boutiques.
• In-store purchases: Bring your item to any KHATAM® boutique or KHATAM® 
Experience outlet.
• Exchanges are limited to:
o Size changes
o Manufacturing defects confirmed by KHATAM®
• If the same item isn’t available, you may select another item and pay the price 
difference if it’s higher. No cash refund will be provided if it’s lower priced.

How does a refund work?
• Refunds are only for items that are incorrectly supplied or have confirmed 
manufacturing defects.
• We’ll first offer an exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability).
• If the item is out of stock, Store Credit will be issued.
• Cash refunds are not available.

A few important notes:
• All shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
• If the defect is confirmed to be caused by KHATAM® or the manufacturer, 
KHATAM® will reimburse the shipping cost after the exchange or refund process 
has been completed.
• Please return items securely; KHATAM® is not responsible for items lost or 
damaged in transit.
• KHATAM® will carefully review all exchange and refund requests before approval.
• We strictly do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD). Any COD shipment will be 
declined upon delivery.
• Customers must first email cs@khatam.com.my to make arrangements for any

1. Apa beza potongan Siri OG dengan Baju Melayu Moden?

Jawapan: Siri OG kembali kepada potongan tradisional (Classic Fit) yang ada Pesak dan Kekek. Berbanding slim fit yang ikut potongan badan, Siri OG memberi ruang udara (air circulation) dan keselesaan maksimum untuk bergerak.

2. Apa fungsi 'Kekek' dan 'Pesak' pada baju ni?

Jawapan:  Kekek (bawah ketiak) adalah teknologi warisan untuk elak baju koyak bila angkat tangan, manakala Pesak memberi struktur yang segak tanpa perlu ketat. Ia di reka untuk praktikaliti.

3. Macam mana nak pakai Seluar Ikat? 

Jawapan: Konsepnya sama macam pakai kain pelikat. Anda lipat lebihan kain mengikut saiz pinggang dan ikat kemas. 

4. Kenapa cawat seluar ni nampak labuh/longgar semacam?

Jawapan: Ini inspirasi daripada seluar gunting cina dan seluar aceh. Cawat labuh membolehkan anda melangkah besar, duduk bersila, atau melompat tanpa risiko seluar terkoyak di celah kangkang.

5. Ada tak pilihan seluar pinggang getah biasa?

Jawapan: Ada. Siri OG menawarkan dua pilihan: Seluar Ikat (untuk peminat tegar klasik) dan Seluar Moden (pinggang bergetah/zip) bagi yang mahukan gaya warisan tapi praktikaliti moden.

6. Kalau pakai Baju Teluk Belanga, kain samping pakai kat dalam ke luar?

Jawapan: Ikut adat tradisi Teluk Belanga, kain samping dipakai di sebelah dalam baju (baju dilepaskan di luar). Ini menampakkan kekemasan pesak dan kocek baju anda. Tapi fesyen itu subjektif, asalkan anda selesa.

7. Sesuai ke pakai Siri OG untuk nikah atau majlis rasmi?

Jawapan: Sangat sesuai. Aura klasik Baju Melayu berpesak sekarang makin dipandang tinggi sebagai simbol status dan jiwa Melayu yang tulen.

8. Kain material apa? Panas tak kalau pakai tengah panas?

Jawapan: Rayon Blend. Kami memilih fabrik yang 'bernafas' (breathable), sesuai dengan cuaca panas tropika Malaysia.

9. Perlu ke ambil satu saiz lebih besar (upsize) sebab ini cutting lama?

Jawapan: Tidak perlu. Potongan Pesak memang sedia longgar (roomy). Ambil saiz baju T-shirt biasa anda. Jika anda biasa pakai L, ambil L. Ia akan terletak cantik—tidak gelebeh, tidak ketat.
