Hi team Khatam. I have been a loyal customer of this brand since 2020, i really love the materials and the quality of Baju Melayu that i have bought previously. Unfortunately, this year's product has some quality issue; in terms of stitching quality. The arms (both left and right) stitched to the body part was done quite poorly, i can see the unevenness of the material at the stitching parts. When i tried to iron the arms, it wasnt smooth, and it got twitches. Same issue with the chest pocket, it was not aligned to the buttons. I was quite upset with the quality, but regardless the material used is still comfortable to wear. Hopefully your team can do better in quality control of your products. Thank you.

Khatam Warisan Ipoh’s staff is very helpful and accommodating. The sale person (on the phone) went out of the way to look for the product I was looking for. She also arranged for the baju to be couriered to me in Petaling Jaya. I shall definitely recommend this branch.
